Summary:_

Under general direction of the Director - Global Sourcing Master Data, responsible for the management and support of business processes, system and personnel involved in providing complete and accurate Trade Vendor Master and Item Master data. This includes but is not limited to system enhancements, standards, processes, documentation, data quality processes and exception reporting including data synchronization across ABC's business units ERP systems. Responsible for the implementation and coordination between the ABC business units and the Informatica development team for enterprise master data upgrades and new releases. Ensure effective data governance processes exist for trade vendor and item master data at the enterprise level, and for the local ERP systems. Assist with issue resolution on trade vendor and item master data issues.
_PRIMARY DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:_
1. Liaison between the Global Sourcing Master Data team, local ERP business owners, and Enterprise IT Services.
2. Lead system enhancements, standards, processes, documentation, data quality processes and exception reporting including data synchronization across the local ERP systems for the Enterprise Trade Vendor and Enterprise Item Master (eMDM) data.
3. Develop training documents and standard operating procedures for the Enterprise Trade Vendor and Enterprise Item Master.
4. Represent the Trade Vendor (ePB) and Item Master (eMaterial) interests as the Enterprise Master Data system is rolled out for Customer Master Data and the Non-Trade Vendor Master Data.
5. Collaborate with the Customer Master Data team and the Non-Trade Vendor Master Data team on an ongoing basis to ensure system integrity.
6. Coach current eMDM associates on the processes and standards as needed to maintain quality standards.
7. Facilitate the creation of data metrics and exception reporting.
8. Responsible for researching data discrepancies and coordinating the resolution of any issues with the local ERP system business owners and take corrective action as needed.
9. Support the development of specific actions and recommendations to mitigate risk and resolve outstanding issues.
10. Interact regularly with other associates to correct incomplete or inaccurate data in the master files.
11. Review all pertinent data changes and reports daily for compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements.
12. Manage department analysts to develop reports, queries, perform analytics and apply data quality processes to maintain data integrity.
13. Assist the other Global Sourcing Departments associates with eMDM as needed.
14. Collaborate with internal departments such as Risk Management, Finance, Legal, Operations, Compliance and Audit to provide information, resolve issues and support cross functional projects.
15. Provide expertise and knowledge of products as it relates to product categorization and master data.
16. Comply with all appropriate policies, procedures, safety rules and regulations.
17. Performs related duties as assigned.
## Qualifications
_EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:_
__
Requires broad training in fields such as business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, computer sciences or similar vocations generally obtained through completion of a four year bachelor's degree program or equivalent combination of experience and education. Normally requires a minimum of five to seven (5 - 7) years' progressively responsible experience.

1. Exceptional project management skills, including the ability to effective manage multiple projects.
2. Outstanding collaboration skills with a demonstrable ability to drive input on key decisions and influence stakeholders to make decisions that maximize organization versus company or business unit's benefits.
3. Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Informatica, J D Edwards, System 21or LN.
4. Strong computer skills in order to operate effectively with company systems and programs: knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Access and Outlook.
5. Knowledge of the health care distribution business and industry trends.
6. Strong interpersonal skills; ability to develop and maintain business relationships.
7. Strong leadership and staff development skills.
8. Strong analytical, conceptual and problem solving skills to evaluate business problems and apply knowledge to identify appropriate solutions.
9. Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
10. Ability to quantify business opportunities and risks to ensure proper prioritization of projects and activates.
11. Ability to implement processes resulting in satisfactory audit practices.
12. Strong computer skills in order to operate effectively with company systems and programs.
